Viele Bestände des ursprünglichen Gebäudes sind noch erhalten und sichtbar. Wir haben uns zu viert (zwei Erwachsene, zwei Jugendliche) sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten genügend Platz. Das Häuschen ist individuell und liebevoll eingerichtet.

July 2024 - 3 persons from Switzerland (original review on Airbnb) 4* As a festival visitor, the location was ideal for this. Communication was top notch and everything worked out well. Had everything you needed. Unfortunately, it was not thoroughly cleaned, even if you are not sensitive and do not have great requirements. Although the house is old, this should be possible. It had a lot of cobwebs, even in places where it is very visible and you move a lot (door, balcony, etc.). Otherwise everything is ok so far.

August 2022- Family from Germany Das Ferienhaus liegt mitten in Tolmin, Supermarkt, Restaurants, Bäcker, Touristeninfo... alles in unmittelbarer Nähe. Auch Sehenswürdigkeiten und Freizeitaktivitäten können zu Fuß erreicht werden (z.B. Kajakfahren, Baden in der Soca, Tolmikaschlucht...). Trotz der Lage im Ort ist es aber nachts sehr ruhig, da keine größere Straße in unmittelbarer Nähe ist. Das Haus wurde liebevoll und stilvoll renoviert und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten lediglich mit der Regulierung des warmen Wassers manchmal Schwierigkeiten (erst sehr kalt, dann sehr heiß). Der Dachraum, den wir gar nicht gebraucht haben, sieht auf dem Foto größer aus, als er ist. Der Kontakt mit den Gastgebern war sehr gut. Für uns eine wunderbare Woche!
August 2022 (Group of 5 from Hungary - Repeat Customers!) The house is spacious, having now an electric grill, fully equipped and comfy 2 bedrooms, the third room on the top (3beds) are mostly okay only to go to sleep or for short people, or children as the ceiling is around 150CM tall. It was very easy to communicate with Linda, who always responded promptly. The check-in was easy even remotely. The location is central, which we liked a lot and you could find free parking space not too far as well. The cleanness was just 4 starts from 5, and we are not picky. The bathrooms were not super clean, but we could live with that. Be careful that the waste needs to be selectively collected, but there is only one bin, and you can not dispose of it mixed anywhere in the city. There is a public collection point near the bakery at the parking places, within walkable distance. Also if you did not know there are scorpions in Slovenia. We found one inside on the first night, not dangerous though. At least according to the internet. The top room, or more like an open space as it has no doors, is warm, and not too comfortable for adults. Mostly for children as the ceiling is low, but okay to just go to sleep. The Living room and the kitchen is perfect for gathering cooking and grilling with a new electric grill at the terrace. We loved it and made dinner several nights. The house next door is being renovated inside, which can cause some noise for the next 2-3 months if you sleep with windows open expect to be woken around 7-7:30.

Linda was an attentive and helpful host with some great tips to enhance our stay. we would live to return as a family and stay for longer next time
July 2022 - Group of 5 from England The property was very clean and comfortable, especially the beds. It is a really charming place with lots of quirky features which you expect for this kind of house. The attic room did get hot so the couple staying there relocated to the front room. We were here for a festival and the location was excellent for that. Linda was welcoming and communication was perfect. Would definitely stay again if coming back to Tolmin.

The house is really spacious inside with plenty space for 4 of us to sleep, relax, eat and so on. It's got a lot of rustic charm and Linda made the whole process of checking in and out really simple.

.August 2020 Hi Linda, Thank you for your message. We really appreciate the house, the town and the environment, especially the Soča valley! It's great to be here and we are sad that we'll have to leave on Saturday. In order to avoid the traffic, we want to leave quite early on Saturday. Unfortunately, when we tried using the toaster for the first time, it started smoking and smelling quite badly. It seemed to us that the toaster is defective and should not be used again ! But, as I said, we enjoy(ed) our stay in this unique and cosy little town house and we can't await our next stay in the Soča Valley! Kind regards, Dominic (Germany).

August 2018 We were for a festival in Tolmin, but since we are too old for camping, I booked this apartment - and it was a very good decision. Really centrally located in the heart of the small town, bus connection, supermarkets, restaurants within a few minutes, and the apartment is really well equipped. The only reason why there are no 5 stars, is the fact that in the apartment even at night barely below 30 ° C, and there is of course no air conditioning in an old stone house. And in front of the window in the bathroom of one bedroom was a wasp nest, so we could not open the window ... Otherwise, but perfect. If we go to Tolmin again, we would stay here again :) Tom (GERMANY).
August 2018Wir waren für ein Festival in Tolmin, da wir aber zu alt sind fürs campen, habe ich uns diese Ferienwohnung gebucht - und es war eine sehr gute Entscheidung. Wirklich zentral gelegen im Herzen des kleinen Städtchens, busanbindung, Supermärkte, Restaurants in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen, und die Wohnung ist wirklich gut ausgestattet. Das einzige, weswegen es keine 5 Sterne gibt, ist die Tatsache, dass es in der Wohnung auch nachts kaum unter 30°C waren, und es in einem alten steinhaus natürlich keine Klimaanlage gibt. Und vor dem Fenster im Badezimmer des einen Schlafzimmers befand sich ein Wespennest, weswegen wir das Fenster nicht öffnen konnten... Ansonsten aber einwandfrei. Sollten wir nochmal nach Tolmin fahren, würden wir uns nochmal hier einquartieren :) And the English translation.. July 2018We were three guys staying at Linda's place for a week during Metaldays 2018. We just loved the place. We couldn't have had a better location for our purpose. Less than a kilometer walking distance to the festival area. Everything was exactly as expected and described by the host. Communication between ourselves and the host was excellent from the start.
