The Old Workshop Most Na Soci is superbly located, a stone's throw away (about a 5 minute walk) from the beautiful Most Na Soci lake, where you can sit in a bar and watch the days go by, or take a trip across the lake on the native water taxi.
You are walking distance, less than 10 minutes to several restaurants, bars, and a supermarket, and only 5km from Tolmin. Most Na Soci is also where you have the train station, with the open top car train, and is just 1.9km away, which makes it easy to get connections from Ljubljana.
Set on 3 levels:

- Large lounging area, with one side having huge glass windows, floor to ceiling, viewing out onto the soca valley landscape.

- Winding stair case leads to the first floor
- 3 good size bedrooms, one with a private balcony with kingsize bed & one double, two * twin rooms
- Family shower room
- 3 good size bedrooms, one with a private wrap around balcony and kingsize bed , one double and single room)
- Large shower room
There is parking for 3 cars.
A patio area for outside dining

Prices
- July / August/ September - 475 euros per night - minimum 5 nights
- April/May/June/October - 425 euros per night - minimum 5 nights
- Cleaning and bed linen (no towels) - 175 euros
- Tourist tax is extra - payable per person per night
- Hot Tub charge = 50 euros (must be booked in advance) not available for bookings starting in July and August, and only available for 7 days or more

Linda was very nice and friendly. Always advised when asked and gave tips. Messaging in advance also helped. The driveway runs right next to the yard,so there was traffic noise in the mornings. We didn't mind.

Linda is a great host and takes care of her guests. The house is large enough and reasonably equipped. A busy road, no towels and beds a bit hard are somewhat less than expected.. from the town you can reach many beautiful spots and sportive starting points.

We had a great time in this house. Linda is a welcoming, attentive and responsive host. The house is beautifully equipped. Everything is available, we feel at home! The air conditioning was very nice. The outdoor space is very nice for our evening dinners. This is a beautiful home in a beautiful area.

Large and spacious apartment. The apartment is built from 3 floors. First floor kitchen and living room and bathroom and laundry. Second floor 3 bedrooms. Third floor another 3 bedrooms. The rooms have fans and that is enough. The rooms floors have an air conditioner in the hallway that cools the entire floor. Linda is just a great host. Very organized and tidy. Available at all times. Helps with any questions. The kitchen is well equipped with a large dining table. The house also includes a lovely yard with an outdoor table. Highly recommend the house located in a pastoral and beautiful town along a river.

Wonderful place to stay in with your family or friends! Located 10min away from Tolmin, in a lovely village, the property has everything you need for a comfortable moment, terrace is definitely a plus! Unfortunately jacuzzi not available during hot months. Additionally, Linda, the host, is very welcoming and answering fast to accommodate you the best possible way. Great choice, I definitely recommend!

Bellissima Slovenia
La residenza ha conservato il fascino della sua età pur essendo morderna e funzionale. Ottima posizione per visitare le maggiori attrative naturalistiche della Slovenia. Sicuramente nel futuro verrà migliorato anche lo spazio esterno che purtroppo è sempre esposto alla furia del vento e degli eventi climatici degli ultimi anni. Würden wieder kommen!
Es handelt sich bei Lindas Haus um ein großes Haus mit sehr viel Platz und allem was man braucht. Wir dachten nur, dass der See direkt vor der Haustür ist - dieser ist in ca 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Linda war bei allen fragen schnell erreichbar und war ein toller Gastgeber. Alles in einem würden wir wieder kommen!!

I cannot recommend Linda enough to organise your Slovenian holiday. It was our first visit to Slovenia and won’t be our last, we were blown away with our accommodation and the surrounding area. The Old Workshop was comfy, well equipped and well situated for a holiday exploring an outstandingly beautiful area. The wood fired hot tub was wonderful to use after long days biking, hiking and kayaking! Linda has thought of all you could need and is always there to answer any queries. We had really enjoyable dinners in the local pizzeria and the best pistachio ice cream in the bar down the road!! Great, friendly service in both locations. We had such a great holiday, it was very hard to come home and we have recommended not only Slovenia but The Old Workshop and Linda to many of our friends and those interested in our holiday from our photos online….Slovenia is an absolute dream, a real fairytale. Particularly recommend to you if you enjoy all the outdoor activities on offer in the area, you will not be disappointed. Highly recommend Positive Sport in Kobarid. 5 star holiday, 5 star accommodation and 5 star service from Linda….all in all, we couldn’t recommend booking highly enough!

Stayed at Linda's place in Most na Soci with a few friends with the aim to do some sight seeing and walking. The house was lovely, large, yet cosy and clean. Beds were comfortable and the evening jacuzzi was brilliant in the cold weather. Local restaurant and bar were friendly, cheap and nice quality. Great sites within bus ride or car. Linda managed to source a reliable cab company. Overall would highly recommend.

The old workshop is a lovely place to stay. Bars, shops and restaurants are just around the corner, we often made use of them. A bathing area is not far away, we often went there as well. The house is in the town and you can see the hustle and bustle of the town. If you like it quiet, it is better to choose a secluded house. In high summer it is very warm here and a little more shade on the terrace would be good. (We had a sun awning with us which we could attach without any problems). The rooms are cosy as in the photos and two have a small balcony. The communication with the hostess was excellent, questions were answered quickly and arrangements were possible. We enjoyed our holiday and would have liked to stay longer.

Twelve people from Finland spend a lovely week at Linda's house in Most Na Soci during a festival in Tolmin. The house was beautifully renovated. The Rooms were spacious and nicely decorated. Every room included cooling fans which was particularly nice during the summer heat wave. The combined kitchen and living room had enough space for the whole group to spend time in. The kitchen had modern appliances and all the necessary cookware.
We couldn't have hoped for a better host than Linda. She always replied to our questions fastly and was very clear on her instructions. We would definitely recommend staying at Linda's house for anyone visiting that region of Slovenia.

8 of us had a great time at Linda's place. Linda is a nice host, she was cooperative and always responded in time to our questions. The location is great, 1.5 hours from Bohinj Lake 45 minutes from Bovec, 25 minutes from Kobarid. The lake is 5 minutes walk from the house. A Mercator and bakery are 3 minutes away. The house is fully renovated, you will enjoy the new furniture. The rooms are great, beds are comfortable. Most of them has balconies!
